Our project minimum is $200 and includes up to the first 1 hour. Become a preferred partner and receive discounted trip fees.

We use Flat Rate pricing with a goal of providing you with consistent, fair rates for the long term. Every item of work has a cost and you will receive a detailed estimate and invoice. If a task requires unique complexities we’ll communicate and adjust accordingly.
We do not use an hourly rate. We save you money by knowing how to get the job done right. We save you time by being upfront with our costs, always.

Estimates are always free. Smaller fixes usually don’t require an estimate and fall under the standard trip fee. For other fixes a few good photos should suffice and we’ll get you close. For more complex jobs we will schedule a site visit and complete a free estimate.

We utilize Jobber, the gold standard scheduling and invoicing software for home maintenance professionals. You can book online or contact us directly. You are guaranteed a professional admin experience for every job.
